Conformal cooling efficiency with diffusion bonding technology in plastic injection molding

1. Whats the conformal cooling in plastic injection molding? 
Different people has different ideas, in my opinion, its the cooling system in plastic injection molding, we optimize the cooling channel on the basic of traditional cooling, design/manufacture it accroding to product shape/characteristics.

2. Whats the diffusion bonding technology? 
Its a closed space that we can bonding somethings, simple to say, its like a stove, we can put some material and make them bonding. With high temperature and high pressure during the bonding process, not need to add any medium between them, because the steel can be melt on their surface when it under certain conditions, they will be recrystallized and formed a new steel. 
For the bonding material conditions, all the crystal material can be bonded with diffusion bonding machine.

3. How to manufacture conformal cooling with it?
Before answer this question, I need to say there are 3 methods that manufacture conformal cooling channel.
First method, its the braze, it need to add special materila between two kinds of part; The second method is metal 3d printing, maybe many people know that, its very popularize; Last method is diffusion bonding.
Now I will answer the question about how to manufacture with diffusion bonding, when we design the cooling channel, we need to layer the cooling channel on each plate, then bonding them as a whole, not to add any materials between them.

4. Why use conformal cooling in plastic injection molding?
<1>, reduce product cycle time, improve product production efficiency.
<2>, improve product quality, reduce product deformation/warpage/shrinkage/overheated etc.
<3>, reduce cost.
